30-Day Return Policy

At www.astin.com.au, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This allows you ample time to assess your purchase and decide if it aligns with your needs.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  1. Your item remains in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
  2. The item is unused and still in its original packaging.
  3. You possess a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Clearance items are not eligible for returns.ย 

Initiating a Return

To commence the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  3. It is the responsibility or the buyer to return and ship the products to our ย warehouse at their own cost.ย 
  4. We do not charge a restocking fee if you change your mind.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. These purchases are considered final.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the most efficient approach is as follows:

  1. Initiate a return for the item you currently have through our return process.
  2. Once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary. Generally this is within 14 days
